Job summary

SERVPRO of Augusta is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to perform restoration processes and maintain the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment and the assigned service vehicle. You will inventory and load gear, set up work areas, execute restoration tasks, and follow safety guidelines while coordinating with the Restoration Supervisor and other technicians.

This full-time role involves local travel and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Perform restoration processes as directed.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with the Restoration Supervisor and other technicians to maintain efficient restoration processes.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Maintain an organized warehouse space. Clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds, as assigned.
• Develop restoration expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.
• Other tasks/duties as required by employer.
