Responsibilities include supervising technicians, documenting projects, managing resources, and ensuring safety. The position requires at least 1 year in cleaning/restoration/construction and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction; communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Thoroughly document restoration projects, supporting the services provided.
• Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.
• Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.
