Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reside within 45 minutes of 1900 E. Tyler Rd, St. Charles, IL.
• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled.
• Manage customer and client experience for overall satisfaction.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians.

Skills

Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly

Ability to climb ladders

Ability to work safely with cleaning agents

Education

High school diploma/GED (preferred)
