Servpro of St. Louis Central is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to help manage fire and water restoration jobs. You will coordinate job requirements, ensure safety, document work, and supervise production technicians while delivering excellent customer service to customers throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and dependable work in demanding environments, with opportunities for growth within the franchise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration is preferred.
• IICRC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes.
• Set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job documentation, supervise production work.
• Follow and enforce safety procedures on the job site and monitor customer needs.
• Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Supervise Production Technicians and ensure tasks are completed per guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly job site.
