Job summary

SERVPRO of Perry Hall/White Marsh is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate production activities, supervise technicians, and ensure high-quality service on restoration projects. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accurate documentation to support services.

As front-line representation of the SERVPRO brand, you will manage customer satisfaction, communicate progress with management, and lead crews to meet project goals while ensuring adherence to safety and workflow standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma/GED (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Protect and use equipment and materials properly; coach and train restoration technicians.
