Job summary

SERVPRO of Amarillo, TX is hiring a Restoration Supervisor / Service Lead Tech. This on-site role pays $19–$24/hr plus overtime, with monthly profit sharing and paid training. You will lead 1–3 technicians, document moisture readings, and serve as the customer-facing face for each project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach 1–3 technicians on site and set the pace and standard.
• Document every job the same day: moisture readings, photos, drying logs, and notes.
• Be the face of the job for the customer; explain what is happening and what comes next.
• Keep your truck, equipment, and job sites clean, stocked, and safe.
• Take your turn in the on-call rotation for after-hours losses.
• Run jobs from first arrival to final walkthrough: extraction, demo, drying setup, monitoring, and equipment pickup.

What you own in your first 90 days

• Run your jobs from first arrival to final walkthrough: extraction, demo, drying setup, monitoring, and equipment pickup.
• Lead and coach one to three technicians on site, and set the pace and the standard.
• Document every job the same day: moisture readings, photos, drying logs, and notes.
• Be the face of the job for the customer. Explain what is happening and what comes next, and keep your word.
• Keep your truck, equipment, and job sites clean, stocked, and safe.

What we require

• Steady work history.
• Restoration experience, hands-on trade experience that transfers (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, carpentry, or field service), or parallel relevant job experience.

• IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT, or AMRT
