SERVPRO Team Dixon is seeking a Restoration Supervisor who will lead a crew on emergency response jobs, guiding water, fire, mold, and storm projects while delivering compassionate service to customers.

You will manage field operations, ensure safety, document work thoroughly, and mentor team members. The role offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and a clear path to leadership in Operations or Construction.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean background.
• IICRC certifications are a bonus; we'll help you get there.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance).
• Comfortable with crawlspaces, ladders, and working in tough conditions.
• Tech-savvy; able to use mobile apps, documentation software, and digital forms.
• Willing to respond to after-hours calls when needed.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone with customers—manage expectations, maintain communication, and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform and supervise jobsite work (labor-intensive).
• Monitor safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect your team and customers.
• Ensure detailed documentation for every job (photos, notes, equipment logs).
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supply usage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to help them grow.

What You'll Do As a Restoration Supervisor

What You Bring

$500 sign-on bonus is payable after 90 days of active employment and will be included in the next applicable payroll following completion of the 90-day period. Employee must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of payment.
