Job summary

SERVPRO Team Dixon is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead water, fire, mold, and storm projects and manage a team of technicians on-site in Cumberland, Rhode Island.

You will set expectations with customers, monitor safety, document every job, and mentor teammates while lifting heavy equipment and maintaining clean, compliant job sites. This labor-intensive role offers overtime and opportunities to grow into leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license + clean background.
• IICRC certifications are a bonus; company will help you obtain them.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly (100 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration jobs and lead a team of techs through water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects
• Set the tone with customers-manage expectations, maintain communication, and ensure satisfaction
• Perform and supervise jobsite work (this is a labor-intensive role)
• Monitor safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect your team and our customers
• Ensure accurate, detailed documentation for every job (photos, notes, equipment logs)
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supply usage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to help them grow

• Perform and supervise jobsite work (this is a labor-intensive role)
• Monitor safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect your team and our customers
• Ensure accurate, detailed documentation for every job (photos, notes, equipment logs)
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supply usage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency

What You Bring

• Comfortable with crawlspaces, ladders, and working in tough conditions

$500 sign-on bonus is payable after 90 days of active employment and will be included in the next applicable payroll following completion of the 90-day period. Employee must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of payment.
