• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license + clean background.
• IICRC certifications = bonus, but we’ll help you get there.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Comfortable with crawlspaces, ladders, and tough conditions.
• Tech-friendly and able to use mobile apps, documentation software, and digital forms.
• Willing to respond to after-hours calls when needed.

What You'll Do as a Restoration Supervisor:

• Train, coach, and mentor team members to help them grow

What You Bring:

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• IICRC certifications = bonus, but we'll help you get there
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly (sometimes 100 lbs with assistance)
• Comfortable with crawlspaces, ladders, and working in tough conditions
• Tech-friendly-able to use mobile apps, documentation software, and digital forms
• Willing to respond to after-hours calls when needed
