SERVPRO Team Wall is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to support field operations, set project expectations, and keep jobs on track. This on-site role works with restoration technicians and communicates with customers to ensure satisfaction.

You’ll bring at least 6 months in restoration, strong communication and problem-solving, reliability, and a valid driver’s license. IICRC certifications are preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

• Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license
• IICRC certifications (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Support Daily Operations: Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards
• Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job
• Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs
• Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place
• Respond When Needed: Participate in the on‑call rotation, including helping with local and out‑of‑town storm work when required
• Help Build Team Skills: Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
