Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to support daily field operations, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards. The role involves coordinating with restoration technicians and maintaining project progress while upholding safety and quality.

You will work directly with customers, manage labor and scheduling, and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced restoration environment. A valid driver’s license and IICRC certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• You’re reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working with others.
• You handle fast-paced situations well and can utilize company software with ease.
• You communicate clearly, and can balance several tasks at once.
• 6+ months of restoration experience.
• IICRC certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards
• Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job
• Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs
• Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place
• Respond When Needed: Participate in the on‑call rotation, including helping with local and out‑of‑town storm work when required
• Help Build Team Skills: Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow
