Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wall in the United States is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to support field operations and keep projects running smoothly.

You’ll work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and maintain positive interactions with customers. You’ll help document progress, manage labor, scheduling, and safety practices while on-call for storms as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of restoration experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver's license.
• IICRC certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with restoration technicians and set project expectations.
• Work with customers, maintaining positive interactions and updates.
• Keep projects on track by documenting progress and assisting with scheduling.
• Promote a safe work environment by spotting hazards and enforcing safety.
• Assist with on-call rotations and storm work as needed.
• Help build team skills by training and guiding technicians.

• Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job
• Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs
• Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place
• Respond When Needed: Participate in the on‑call rotation, including helping with local and out‑of‑town storm work when required
• Help Build Team Skills: Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow
