Job summary

SERVPRO of Southeast Grand Rapids - 10792 is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead on-site restoration projects and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. You will coordinate production, supervise technicians, and maintain detailed job files to reflect the work performed.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in cleaning/restoration, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to follow OSHA safety guidelines. IICRC certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma/GED (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Communicate and follow OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

• IICRC certification a plus, not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
