Accentuin, LLC. in Knoxville, TN is seeking a full-time, salaried Reconstruction Project Manager. The role offers a base salary of $45,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience, with a company bonus plan after a 90-day probation period.

You will lead the rebuild after damage, manage subcontractors, materials, and schedules, and keep homeowners informed to ensure the home is improved beyond its pre-loss condition.

Qualifications

• Construction experience is required.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through to project completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, accuracy, conflict resolution, cost management and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• No felony convictions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Set and manage client expectations from start to finish.
• Manage all subcontractors and vendors according to the project schedule.
• Oversee material deliveries to the jobsite.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the project team, subcontractors and homeowners.
• Verify that every phase of finished work exceeds company standards and homeowner expectations.
• Coordinate with all project personnel to keep a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain and post all job documentation according to company policy.
• Communicate daily by phone and email with the project team and homeowners.
