Accentuin, LLC. is seeking a Reconstruction Project Lead to oversee end-to-end project execution in Memphis. You will manage subcontractors, vendors, materials, and schedules while ensuring adherence to company standards and homeowner expectations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Role requires construction experience, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also needed.

• Set and manage client expectations from start to finish.
• Manage all subcontractors and vendors according to the project schedule.
• Oversee material deliveries to the jobsite.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the project team, subcontractors and homeowners.
• Verify that every phase of finished work exceeds company standards and homeowner expectations.
• Coordinate with all project personnel to keep a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain and post all job documentation according to company policy.
• Communicate daily by phone and email with the project team and homeowners.

Department: Reconstruction · Reports to: [Project Manager / Operations Manager] · Type: Full-time, salaried · Pay: $45,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience

You run the rebuild after the damage is dried out. You keep subcontractors, materials and schedules on track, hold every phase of work to company standards, and keep homeowners informed until their home is better than before.

What you'll do

What you need

• Construction experience (required)
• Attention to detail and follow-through to project completion
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, accuracy, conflict resolution, cost management and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• No felony convictions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience
• Eligible for the company bonus plan after a 90-day probation period
