We’re looking for a motivated go-getter to join our team as an HVAC Sales Representative. In this role, you’ll work directly with homeowners to deliver 5-star service by offering thoughtful, personalized HVAC solutions. You’ll guide customers through comfort options, educate them on system performance, and support them through the buying process with care and professionalism. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their HVAC needs.
• Develop leads through technician referrals and follow-ups.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from estimate through installation.
• Support service operations when needed and assist with technician sales training.
• Hit sales goals and strive for continuous improvement.
