You will conduct on-site assessments, develop tailored restoration solutions, manage a growing client portfolio, and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery while tracking activity in the CRM.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in restoration or related industries.
• Understanding of insurance claims process is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic business software.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and contractors
• Present and promote restoration services including water, fire, mold, and storm damage remediation
• Conduct on-site assessments and provide clients with tailored restoration solutions
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio while consistently pursuing new leads
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software
• Represent Bright Horizon Care LLC at networking events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives
