ServiceMASTER, Oviedo, Florida, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Representative to drive growth for our restoration services. The role involves building relationships with agents, adjusters, and property managers, and promoting our services to residential and commercial clients.

You will engage in developing marketing strategies, tracking outcomes against goals, and traveling as needed to meet prospects and customers. A strong emphasis on communication and presentation skills is required.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing experience required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office software.
• Must be able to travel.
• Must pass background checks and pre-employment screenings.

Responsabilités

• Identifies potential prospects that could need our services.
• Develops relationships with agents, adjusters, property managers and professional organizations.
• Sells and markets ServiceMASTER Restore to residential and commercial line insurance carriers and other prospects.
• Markets to commercial property managers and other organizations.
• Assists in developing marketing strategy for potential new accounts.
• Tracks sales results against goals.
• Develops relationships in the insurance industry.
• Hosts outings for current customers.
