Job summary

Our Client in Palm Springs, CA seeks a Sales Executive with a strong background in property restoration sales to develop commercial and residential restoration opportunities. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, and business owners, becoming the first call after property damage.

Prior restoration experience is required and candidates should live within ~30 minutes of Palm Springs/Coachella Valley.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of successful B2B outside sales or business development experience.
• Prior property restoration experience is required.
• Experience selling commercial and residential restoration services.
• Experience working with TPAs and property management companies.
• Established relationships within Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indio, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Cathedral City, or the broader Coachella Valley market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow commercial and residential restoration business.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, site visits, industry events, referrals, and account development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property managers, HOA/community managers, hotels, resorts, insurance professionals, facility managers, and property owners.
• Develop referral partnerships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, roofers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
• Promote restoration services including emergency response, water/fire/mold/storm/restoration, environmental services, contents restoration, and general contracting.
