gpac is seeking an Estimator with Reconstruction/Construction experience to join a top restoration company. The ideal candidate will have a reconstruction/restoration background and be proficient in writing Xactimate estimates.

You will create and manage estimates for Xactimate reconstruction projects, educate customers on the process, and document project scope while maintaining communications with all parties involved.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Restoration Industry.
• Experience in restoration and reconstruction estimating.
• Proficient in Xactimate.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Construction project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and assist in the estimating process for Xactimate reconstruction projects.
• Manage multiple platforms for estimate requirements.
• Educate customers on process.
• Identify and document project scope of work.
• Maintain customer, client, and third party communications.
