Job summary

gpac is seeking an Estimator with reconstruction/construction experience for restoration projects in Stroudsburg, PA. The ideal candidate will have a restoration background and be proficient in writing Xactimate estimates.

Responsibilities include creating and coordinating estimates, managing multiple platforms, educating customers on the process, documenting scope of work, and maintaining communications with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration and reconstruction estimating is a must.
• Must have experience writing Xactimate estimates.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and assist in the estimating process for Xactimate reconstruction projects
• Manage multiple platforms for estimate requirements
• Educate customers on process
• Identify and document project scope of work
• Maintain customer, client, and third party communications
