Job summary

gpac is seeking an Estimator with reconstruction/construction experience in New Jersey to support Xactimate-based project estimates for restoration work.

The ideal candidate possesses restoration background, is proficient in Xactimate, and can manage multiple estimate platforms while educating clients on the process and documenting project scope.

Qualifications

• Must have restoration/reconstruction estimating experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in restoration and reconstruction estimating is required.
• High school diploma/GED (degree preferred).
• Experience in construction project management field.
• Proficient in Xactimate.
