Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects in Omaha from start to finish. The role emphasizes Xactimate estimation, insurance restoration, and proactive subcontractor coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in reconstruction/project management, strong leadership, and a customer-focused approach to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of reconstruction/construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction, insurance restoration, Xactimate, and subcontractor management.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage Xactimate estimates and scopes.
• Track budgets, schedules, change orders, and profitability.
• Coordinate customers, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and resolve project issues.
