Job summary

gpac is seeking an Estimator with reconstruction and construction experience in the United States, specifically Michigan. The ideal candidate will be proficient in writing Xactimate estimates for restoration projects and able to manage multiple project scopes.

Responsibilities include creating estimates, educating customers on the process, and maintaining clear communications with clients and third parties. A restoration background and strong documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service track record
• Effective written and oral communication
• Experience in restoration and reconstruction estimating is a must
• High school diploma/GED (Degree Preferred)
• Experience in the construction project management field
• Proficient in Xactimate
