SERVPRO of Hardin/LaRue Counties is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead fire and water damage restoration projects. This is a full-time position based in Kentucky, requiring travel and on-call hours.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience.
• Excellent customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Advanced math skills.
• Proficient use of Xactimate estimating software.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Must have good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer communications and pre-construction meetings.
• Oversee construction management, scheduling subcontractors and suppliers.
• Supervise subcontractor/resource coordination, site inspections.
• Control costs and ensure schedule adherence; verify progress.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and final walk-through, sign-off.
