Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Jacksonville-St. Augustine is seeking a Project Manager with mold remediation experience to lead restoration projects from scope to completion.

You will coordinate estimates, manage crews, liaise with insurers, suppliers, and property owners, and ensure on-time, profitable delivery while maintaining industry standards.

This role requires strong planning, budgeting, and communication skills, plus proficiency with restoration estimating tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing construction or restoration projects and supervising crews.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or construction management preferred.
• Strong budgeting, costing, and labor planning abilities.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; Xactimate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targets for responding to and completing estimates on losses (water/fire/mold).
• Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Meet or exceed profitability targets on managed projects.
• Plan and execute projects to completion.
• Obtain written contracts and payment terms for projects.
• Maintain an efficient flow of production paperwork from job site to administration.
• Coordinate resource planning of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors with the scheduler.
• Track equipment used on company jobs.
• Maintain market leadership through state-of-the-art technology in service delivery.
• Coordinate estimates from subcontractors.
• Write job estimates.
• Order materials required for projects and coordinate delivery to the job site.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and involved parties.
