Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Jacksonville-St. Augustine seeks an experienced Project Manager with must-have mold remediation experience. You will drive restoration projects from estimate through completion, ensuring timely and profitable delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with insurers, managing crews, and maintaining accurate paperwork. The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and scheduling skills to deliver quality outcomes

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) plus 3–5 years of experience managing restoration projects and supervising crews.
• Associate (2 years) or bachelor’s (4 years) degree in business or construction management preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of building construction, remodeling, or restoration.
• Proficient in budgeting and reviewing labor costs to improve profitability.
• Adequate math skills to translate remaining work into manpower planning and project costs.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel; Xactimate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targets for responding to and completing estimates on losses (water/fire/mold).
• Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Meet profitability targets on managed projects.
• Plan and execute projects to completion.
• Obtain written contracts and payment terms for projects.
• Maintain production paperwork flow from job site to administration.
• Coordinate resource planning of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Track equipment used on company jobs.
• Coordinate estimates from subcontractors and write job estimates.
• Order materials and coordinate delivery to job sites.
• Communicate with customers and involved parties including insurers and property managers.
• Perform property inspections and complete reports.
• Maintain project files and participate in company meetings.
• Perform production work and minor repairs on equipment.
