Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Northern New Jersey seeks a Senior Restoration Crew Chief to own projects from inspection through completion. You will assess losses, determine remediation protocols, and develop field scopes for our estimating team while leading technicians on-site.

This role requires hands-on leadership, mastery of water, mold, and fire restoration processes, and the ability to coordinate with homeowners, insurers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional restoration experience.
• Must have own vehicle to drive to shop in the AM.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, roofs, and confined spaces.
• Strong knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, selective demolition, and emergency restoration.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial water, mold, fire, smoke, and emergency restoration losses.
• Develop detailed field scopes including measurements, photos, demolition plans, drying plans, and remediation procedures.
• Collaborate with our Xactimate estimator to ensure every job is properly scoped.
• Lead and mentor restoration technicians while working alongside them.
• Perform all aspects of water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, selective demolition, smoke and odor restoration, and emergency services.
