Qualifications

• Minimum HSD/GED required.
• IICRC WRT, FSRT certifications a plus.
• Experience in restoration/construction project management preferred, but training available.

Responsibilities

• Establish safety, quality, and productivity while adhering to company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish.
• Create project schedules and timelines.
• Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and local codes.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; track budgets and costs.
• Maintain project documents and communicate with stakeholders.
