Job summary

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead restoration projects from pre-construction through completion. You will manage scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination to ensure profitable delivery on site.

Responsibilities include maintaining strong client and insurer relationships, guiding teams on safety and standards, and using tools like PSA and Xactimate to support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential restoration project management or related field.
• Familiarity with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate.
• Xactimate Level 1 certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-construction activities including scoping, estimating, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Coordinate materials, trades, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain relationships with insurers, homeowners, and vendors; manage project P&L.
