Job summary

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration construction projects from pre-construction through completion. You will scope, estimate, order materials, schedule trades, line up subcontractors, and secure production approvals.

You will manage the project to deliver on time and within budget, driving profitability. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and team to ensure safe, compliant execution, manage budgets, communicate with homeowners, insurers, and vendors,

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred; training available.
• Experience with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate is a plus.
• Level 1 certification in Xactimate or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to enter confined spaces, climb roofs, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen; no felony convictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-construction activities including scoping and estimating.
• Plan budgets and schedule trades; line up subcontractors.
• Procure materials and manage production approvals.
• Ensure safe job sites per OSHA and company policies.
• Maintain relationships with agents, homeowners, and vendors.
• Drive project profitability and loss responsibility.
• Coordinate with team to collect monies owed.
