Job summary

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking an experienced Restoration Construction Superintendent to lead residential projects, supervise subcontractors, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality. You will communicate daily with the project team and homeowners, verify safety compliance, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Applicants should have construction experience, PSA/XactAnalysis/Xactimate familiarity, and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
• Experience with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate a plus.
• Level 1 certification in Xactimate or willingness to obtain.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times.
• Ability to enter confined spaces, climb on roofs, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License & eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• No felony convictions.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage client expectations for projects.
• Manage all subcontractors and vendors according to the project schedule.
• Oversee material delivery and project documentation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with project team, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Ensure work quality meets company standards and homeowner expectations.
• Coordinate with project personnel to provide a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements.
