Job summary

BluSky Restoration is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee restoration and reconstruction projects, manage customer communications, vendor buyouts, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and safety compliance. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction and project outcomes.

The role requires leading field teams, ensuring contracts, controlling costs, and driving revenue/margin goals while representing BluSky on emergency on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• OSHA 10/30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience with multi-family, hotel, and multi-building facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage site personnel and subcontractors; drive safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ensure all work is properly contracted/subcontracted.
• Perform all contracted scopes per identified procedures.
• Ensure workmanship meets industry standards.
• Approve or reject invoices with project team communication.
• Project and maintain all costs on budget worksheets.
• Meet or improve revenue and profit margin goals for BluSky.
• Represent BluSky on emergency on-call management rotation.
• Track change orders and extras with signed forms and budget updates.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.
