BluSky Restoration is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead restoration and reconstruction projects. You’ll handle customer communication, vendor selection, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and quality control to ensure top-tier outcomes for clients in urgent restoration scenarios.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong cost control skills. You’ll work on-call and coordinate with stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Skilled in construction project management, financials, processes, and administration.
• OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Construction of multi-family, hotel, and multi-building facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage site personnel and subcontractors. Drive safety, quality, and productivity in the field.
• Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ensure all work is properly contracted/subcontracted.
• Perform all contracted scopes per identified procedures.
• Ensure project work meets the highest standards of workmanship.
• Approve or reject invoices with proper communication to the project team.
• Maintain all project costs on budget worksheets.
• Meet or improve revenue and profit margin goals as defined by BluSky.
• Represent BluSky on emergency on-call rotation.
• Track change orders and all project extras.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.
