BluSky Restoration is seeking a skilled Restoration Project Manager to lead day-to-day management of restoration and reconstruction projects, including client communication, vendor buyout, scheduling, budgeting, and safety compliance.

The role focuses on achieving customer satisfaction, managing project costs, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results for emergency response scenarios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage site personnel and subcontractors. Drive safety, quality, and productivity in the field.
• Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ensure all work is properly contracted/subcontracted.
• Track change orders and all extras with budget updates.
