Restoration Project Manager (Construction, Insurance & Property Restoration)

Responsibilities

• Scope and estimate restoration and construction projects (Xactimate preferred)
• Build accurate job budgets and repair plans
• Manage labor, subcontractors, materials, and project timelines
• Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters
• Advocate for fair and complete scopes of work
• Maintain organized job files, schedules, and documentation
• Lead crews with accountability and professionalism
• Resolve job‑site issues quickly and effectively
• Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish

Qualifications
