Job summary

Responsibilities include daily PM communication, budget maintenance, safety plan development, and ensuring high-quality service. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with restoration project knowledge and OSHA/IICRC

Qualifications

• Restoration project knowledge REQUIRED
• IICRC Certified PREFERRED
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Communicate with operations daily on a project to ensure projects are running smoothly
• Keep customers and insurance adjusters up to date on all project activities and adhere to company policies
• Maintain the highest level of service quality in line with Cotton's standards
• Assist in developing a Site Safety Plan and ensure field staff follow it
• Complete/draft Project Management Reviews daily for job files
