Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in restoration or construction project management.
• Strong understanding of insurance restoration processes.
• Experience with Xactimate (highly preferred).
• Knowledge of Oregon building codes.
• Ability to read and understand construction estimates.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
