Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or construction preferred.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform final walk-through with customer and compile punch list items.
• Secure a signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer.
• Conduct pre-construction meeting with customers.
• Provide project updates to customers and clients.
• Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Ensure work complies with plans, codes, and scope of work.
• Document all project activities in the job file.
• Execute change orders.
• Set expectations on a project-by-project basis.
• Maintain quality through site inspections.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions.
