SERVPRO of Friendswood - 12196 is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead day-to-day construction projects, ensuring a high level of service for customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. The role emphasizes schedule adherence, safety, and clear communication.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage changes, conduct pre-construction meetings, provide daily updates, and ensure work meets plans and codes. Travel and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in restoration/construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform final walk-through and resolve punch list items.
• Secure Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers.
• Provide daily project updates to customers and clients.
• Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specs, and local codes.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions.
