Job summary

SERVPRO of Friendswood - 12196 is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee day-to-day construction projects, ensuring top-quality service for customers, subcontractors, and staff.

The role emphasizes coordination, scheduling, compliance, and communication, with a focus on delivering results across multiple sites. The position requires relevant restoration/construction experience and a strong customer-service track record.

Qualifications

• Superb customer service track record
• Effective written and oral communication
• Basic math skills
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform final walk-through with customer and close punch list items
• Secure Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers
• Provide daily project updates to customers/clients
• Schedule subcontractors and material suppliers
• Ensure work complies with plans, codes and scope
• Document all project activities in WC 2.0
• Execute change orders
• Set project expectations
• Maintain quality through site inspections
• Evaluate and rate vendors/subcontractors
• Coordinate inspections with jurisdictions
• Ensure material delivery aligns with purchases
• Ensure subcontractors complete work per PO
• Validate schedule and progress
• Identify areas outside contracted scope
• Understand roles of Construction Coordinator
