The ideal candidate should have management experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred). The position also involves negotiating project scopes and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of industry experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration projects and crews.
• Prepare estimates utilizing software.
• Negotiate project scope approvals.
• Schedule and coordinate crews for active projects.
• Manage customer satisfaction and responses.

Skills

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly

Ability to climb ladders and work at heights

Management and supervisory experience

Ability to maintain written communication

Education

High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
