Servpro Industries in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This front-line management role leads the team to operational excellence and ensures high-quality service during every phase.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; a valid driver's license is required, along with experience in restoration and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• At least 1 year of management or supervision experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience in restoration.
• IICRC certification is preferred.
• Ability to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources including subcontractors.
• Review job site documentation to support services and ensure proper client requirements and billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
