Job summary

Restoration Management Company, located in South San Francisco, CA, seeks a Project Supervisor to lead a crew, schedule and oversee restoration projects, and ensure timely completion. You will manage field sites, vehicles, and warehouse upkeep, reporting to an appropriate Branch or Department Manager.

Requirements include 8+ crew leadership experience in restoration, English proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and ability to supervise ~20 staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading crews (8+ workers) in restoration/mitigation.
• English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience supervising ~20 employees.
• Travel within/out of state may be required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Industry certifications desirable (NIDR, IICRC).
• Hands-on coaching and training in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Supports and/or assists in managing production for Project Manager.
• Conducts job site visits and quality checks on crews.
• Reviews job schedules with PM for staffing, equipment, logistics, and timelines.
• Orders and maintains supplies as directed by branch/department manager.
• Coordinates crews and oversees completion of work.
• Assists dispatch with peak-time staffing.
• Ensures accurate hours and documentation on work orders.
• Provides guidance to crews and status updates to management.
• Performs mitigation work when needed.
• Maintains warehouse and vehicle upkeep.
• Trains staff on production processes and safety guidelines.
• Promotes company safety policies and core values.
