Job summary

Rainbow Restoration of Milwaukee is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to lead service teams in restoration and related projects. You will estimate, budget, and manage project aspects, ensuring deadlines are met and customer goals are achieved.

You will collaborate with staff and clients, make critical decisions, and maintain project schedules and quality standards. This full-time role requires on-call availability for 24-hour emergency service, a valid driver's license, and strong

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced smartphone and tablet literacy; needs working knowledge of business software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project).
• Experience with Xactware software helpful but not required.
• Restoration/construction experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service professionals to complete projects by deadlines.
• Estimate, budget, and manage project aspects; advocate for additional funding when needed.
• Coordinate with staff and clients; monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate scope and review paperwork with customers; maintain client alignment with goals.
• Maintain project assets and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop new business as required.
