Job summary

Rainbow Restoration of Milwaukee is seeking a Field Operations Manager/Service Technician to support field operations, coordinate restoration and cleaning services, and ensure timely delivery of contracts.

This 24-hour emergency service company requires on-call availability, strong communication, and teamwork. You will manage schedules, interact with customers, and help lead restoration projects while maintaining equipment and vehicles.

Qualifications

• We are a 24-hour emergency service company and on-call availability is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Computer literate with MS Office; knowledge of Xactware helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles with trailers.
• Read maps and directions and plan routes.
• Coordinate with customers about scope of work and paperwork.
• Establish and maintain schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain and service equipment and vehicles; participate in restoration tasks.
