Job summary

COIT Cleaning and Restoration Services is seeking a dynamic professional to convert leads into sales, develop scopes of work, and manage projects on site. The role will require coordinating staff, materials, and subcontractors, with emphasis on emergency response and timely documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, and a solid understanding of restoration practices and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities (discounts, percentages, etc.).
• Ability to apply algebra and geometry concepts.
• Problem-solving and proactive communication.
• Experience in restoration services or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into sales and develop scope of work for projects.
• Staff and manage project on site and coordinate required resources.
• Respond to emergencies and assist Restoration Department as needed.
• Prepare written scope of work with photos/diagrams for RM/GM.
• Provide written changes to scope and document invoices for projects.
