SERVPRO is hiring a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This front-line management role drives operational excellence and client satisfaction on active projects.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, Xactimate Level II, at least 1 year of management experience and 3 years in the industry; IICRC certification is preferred. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Xactimate Level II certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews.
• Lead the team to operational excellence on active projects.
• Ensure accurate scope of work and prepare estimates.
• Schedule and coordinate crews and resources, including subcontractors.
• Maintain communication with customers, vendors, and insurers.
• Monitor production expenses and equipment/vehicle assets.
