Job summary

INA Solution is seeking a Project Estimator to prepare accurate reconstruction estimates using Xactimate for residential and commercial water, fire, wind, and mold restoration projects. This office-based role requires reviewing virtual images, measurements, and documentation to define scopes and support budgets and timelines.

You will coordinate with insurance adjusters, clients, and project teams, submit estimates and invoicing documentation to carriers, and provide technical estimating support

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project estimating experience in restoration.
• Strong construction and residential reconstruction estimating background.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and virtual estimating.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, accountable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Xactimate estimates for residential and commercial water, fire, wind, and mold restoration projects.
• Review virtual images and documentation to assess damage and determine project scope.
• Submit estimates, final scopes, and invoicing documentation to insurance carriers.
• Provide technical estimating support and resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate, timely estimates and effective communication with stakeholders.
