INA Solution is seeking a Project Estimator to prepare accurate reconstruction estimates using Xactimate for residential and commercial water, fire, wind, and mold restoration projects. This office-based role requires reviewing virtual images, measurements, and documentation to define scopes and support budgets and timelines.

You will coordinate with insurance adjusters, clients, and project teams, submit estimates and invoicing documentation to carriers, and provide technical estimating support

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project estimating experience in restoration.
• Strong construction and residential reconstruction estimating background.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and virtual estimating.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, accountable, and able to work independently.

The Project Estimator prepares accurate reconstruction estimates using Xactimate based on virtual property damage images, photographs, measurements, and documentation. This is an office-based role with no site visits required. The Estimator coordinates with insurance adjusters, clients, and project teams to finalize scopes, resolve issues, and support project budgets and timelines.
